WE SURVIVED CARNIVAL IN GRENADA 2014

Part 3 - Monday Night Mas.

We arrived at GYC around 2200 and waited for the parade to reach the yacht club. It had started in Grand Anse earlier in the evening, about 2 miles away. There were 3 trucks playing music with participants walking in front of, beside and behind the trucks. Many of the participants had bought "packages" from the sponsoring businesses and were wearing the sponsors' t-shirts, wearing head gear with flashing lights and carrying flashing hand batons. As stated before, I exhausted the battery in the camera so no pictures, besides I don't think they would have turned out even with the flash. Back to the boat around midnight with the party still in full force!
