Its hard to believe the three weeks we were in Canada went by so fast! We had a great time visiting with family and friends. Unfortunately we were not able to connect with everyone, maybe next time.

HYC Sailpast, typical - no wind!

The doctors' appointments went well and I was given a clean bill of health for another 6 months and given the go ahead to resume our travels. Hooray!

We arrived back in Grenada on Monday, June 16. CS'ta Time was happy to see us, grinning from bow to stern. It took some doing to get things in order as we had opened up all the cupboards and took things out, turned over all the cushions, etc. before we left. This was to help with ventilation as we didn't want any mold growing when we were away with the boat locked up. We were rewarded in our efforts as there was no mold.

June to December is the rainy season in Grenada. It was overcast when we landed but temp was 30C and is supposed to stay that way for the rest of the week with nighttime lows only to 25C. Thank heavens for the breeze. It seems to rain for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time, then clears for a while and may rain again. Today we had no rain with mostly sunny skies.

Yesterday Diana and Gilbert met up with us at the Grenada Yacht Club. It was a happy reunion! After finishing watching one of the World Cup soccer matches, the four of us headed back to CS'ta Time for . . . what else but happy hour! The four of us then went out for dinner to The Nutmeg where we continued to catch up on stories and had a good time.

Jorge, Gilbert and Diana reunited aboard CS'ta Time in St. George, Grenada.

Today Jorge and I did some shopping, trying to reprovision as I had completely depleted the food and drink situation before we left for Canada. We also watched another soccer match at the yacht club. World Cup, what can I say - a full month of soccer!

We have settled back into the live aboard mode with no problem.

I will be posting the message below for a while, trying to reach all our friends and family.
